Who we are

Julian M. Arronte, Esq.,  Managing-Member

I am a passionate supporter of entrepreneurs and small businesses.  It is this passion that inspired me to start Arronte Law Firm and to focus on being a small business lawyer.

Prior to founding Arronte Law Firm, I practiced as a business litigation attorney with Andresen & Arronte, PLLC.  As a litigator, I helped small businesses and individuals resolve their legal problems.  I am able to provide value to my clients by identifying issues early that could potentially lead to expensive litigation if overlooked.  My goal is to allow my clients to focus on running their business while minimizing the likelihood of costly and potentially devastating litigation.

I graduated from Wake Forest University, School of Law and received my undergraduate degree in economics with a focus on markets and management from Duke University.  While at Duke, I was on an entrepreneurship team that was awarded the first ever Duke Entrepreneurship Award.

Prior to law school, I had the remarkable opportunity to work as a business consultant with IBM.   My position at IBM exposed me to various high-tech companies across the country and even internationally.  In many instances, I am able to apply the lessons I learned at IBM in guiding North Carolina’s small businesses through varying legal and business issues.

I spent the majority of my childhood working for small businesses in both the accounting and construction fields.  As a Charlotte small business owner myselfI have a passion for the small business engine that drives both our local and national economies.

Mrs. Gaitan helps health care providers navigate the complex and evolving legal framework imposed by Congress, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Prior to joining the firm, Ann Marie served as an attorney at the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) where she was the attorney to Administrative Law Judge Catherine R. Mrs. Gaitan represents clients in all matters regarding the FDA and FTC compliance, as well as the rules and regulations enforced by the USDA, EPA, and other state and federal agencies.
